Provided by YP.comWent to Cafe Bombay in Little 5 Points for the 2nd time in many years in Atlanta. It was a Friday night and they were very busy. My party of 4 ordered 3 dishes to share along with samosas and garlic nan. The food arrived hot and after a moderate wait, and it was adequate. It wasn't bad, but it also wasn't amazing. For the prices-- 12 to 15 dollars a plate-- I was sort of expecting more. But I wasn't disappointed in the food, really. What got me was the service. After the food arrived, our table was basically abandoned for nearly 40 minutes. We had plenty of food but ran out of rice, but never got a chance to order more because no one ever came to the table, and we failed to get the attention of any of the waiters repeatedly. When a busboy finally stopped by, he snatched up the 2/3 finished plates and stacked them on top of our dirty plates-- no asking if we wanted to take home the leftovers (which we did). Overall it was kind of a weird experience. Food ok, service really not good.
