I was diagnosed with osteomyelitis in the bones of both feet. I decided to use once again to use the services of Resurgens' Doctor Erroll Bailey. After one x-ray, Doctor Bailey told me, my wife Margie, and his assistant Gary Thomas that he wanted to do amputations on both my feet!! When we showed him other alternatives, he dismissed them saying that the other doctors "didn't understand the dymanics of the situation." I immediately put him on suspension, and when we discovered that the other approaches did work I fired him. About one year later, I again contacted Resurgens for some other surgical needs. I was told by Senior Manager Trish Moore that just as I had the right to terminate Doctor Bailey as a physician that Resurgeons had the right to terminate me as a patient!! Co--President Doctor Kay Kirkpatrick stated in a subsequent letter that because I had fired Doctor Bailey that they assumed that I had fired all of Resurgeons as well [??]. I've found another surgeon, and now have read several other reviews on Resurgens Orthopaedics. Good-bye, Resurgeons--and good riddance!!--Tom Reilly
