I have had numerous services done at this Pep Boys location and have had nothing but an amazing experience. Although I often visit Pep Boys for routine oil changes, I've also taken both a Toyota Carolla and Infiniti there for some major service work. My Carolla was leaking oil pretty badly and both the manager, Jose, and Paul, explained (in detail) what was causing the leak. I also had my Infiniti towed there after it had overheated. The next day I got a phone call about what was wrong; essentially I needed a new radiator coil. When I went in to pick up the car, they showed me the defective coil and explained why it needed to be repaired. I got a brief auto lesson and had every question thoroughly answered. Because the repair was pretty costly, they gave me a 10% off coupon which helped reduce the cost.



Simply put: I highly recommend this place. The mechanics are always friendly and honest, and Jose goes out of his way to provide amazing customer service. Not knowing very much about cars, I appreciate that I can go to this Pep Boys and not have to worry about dishonest mechanics or repairs I don't need. Five stars.
