Lazy and unprofessional photographer - made people slouch in pictures rather than adjusting his camera appropriately. The pictures received were even worse than the experience. You could see the edges of the cheap background in every picture! When I contacted customer service about a refund as I did not have one useable picture, they stated that they could not offer a refund on the CD because the pictures could have been copied to a computer. Lesson learned, I will never order pictures from this company again.

got my son's pictures, and it's quite clear that his shirt is dirty. He's 5, so obviously it can happen while at school. They didn't even try to adjust the color, to photoshop or something. When I expressed my conserns to their customer service, I got a very dry email back, saying "it's not their responsibility". Not a word of being sorry for my experience, nothing. Very unhappy.
