After I had no improvement from Botox treatments and Topamax, dr Gilbert released me saying I had failed his "regimen" of two drugs. Bottom line is I have chronic migraines and clusters and he doesn't want to spend the time on cases like this. They are a waste of his time. Mary Francis the desk clerk is the rudest and nastiest employee I've ever encountered anywhere. She needs firing. Also Dr Gilbert had a PA that sees his migraine cluster patients after his first visit with you. She too is an idiot and rude and waits days to call back even on emergencies. Don't go here. Terrible experience
