I found it incredibly coincidental that three of my business shirts had the exact same rip in the exact same location after using this dry cleaners. When I took the shirts in, I was told that rips on the elbows of shirts were very common. I put the shirt on to show the rips are on the upper portion of my left forearm. I left my contact information for the owner to contact me, and he did so, at 10pm, on a weeknight. He proceeded to tell me that I was wrong, and I should not doubt his ability to run his business. He told me that I could pay $45 to send the shirts off to a fabric institute who would determine which party was at fault for the damage. This is obviously a dry cleaning industry funded institute. After being told that I did not have to use his business, I ended the conversation. I'm appalled by the way the issue was handled by this business owner.
