At the counter the clerk told me 219.00 out the door! Got to hotel and noticed that 219.00 was 512.00!!!! They charged 133.00 just for mileage alone then all their BS charges on top of that. Went to call their company the next day (Thursday) and they were closed!!!! Can you believe that. Called Enterprise and for one day less it was only 99.00 with unlimited mileage. Bottom STAY AWAY FROM PAYLESS CAR RENTAL! SUPER BIG RIPOFF! If they had a partial star I would have given it to them.

Don't think you're saving anything! Whatever $$ your save, you pay in rude and false information. It's better to pay the extra and get a more well known rental company. And their customer care is just add terrible. They're response to anything is "there's nothing we can do about it". If I could give them no stars I would. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!
