ING Wireless sucks

This so called authorized dealer of metro pcs ING Wireless, they are unprofessional, nery nasty in attitudes and even with a reciept within 2 weeks of purchase, did not rectify the problem I had. I do not recommend doing business with them. They are located inside the Kroger shpooing plaza inside the store.

The item was a phone charger, only $11.00, since it had it for two weeks and they exchange only, they would not exchange it. The product was either defective or just plain cheap. They were not even willing to exchange it.
