Rude.

You'd think that doctors who work with people who are in chronic pain would be kind & understanding. Nope. They never read the charts they have you fill out every single time. They're rude if you show up one min late. (Even though you were there on time but they were too busy writing something & then told you, you were late after finally looking up) they make you sit in the waiting office for at least 45 mins & when you finally get called back - a kind nurse takes you back. The nurses are the best part, because when the doctor comes in they ask the same question they do every week & then they give you the same prescription you get every week. But, wait, if you have a problem that's not of the every week normal conversation, they have horrible advice, with lack of sensitivity & lack of care. My mother is a cancer survivor - she told a doctor her back was hurting & with out further question or concern the doctor simply said "oh, that's just your back locking up." No. No it's not. These doctors & the lobby staff are just plain rude - you can do much better.
