I'd give ZERO stars if I could.



I couldn't speak to a person to try and schedule an appointment. Instead I had to go through a process of signing up online and then receiving emails which went to my junk folder.... Luckily I checked and they had emailed me a time, I confirmed. Then a couple days later they emailed me a later time (which is honestly super annoying. I confirmed and planned my schedule on what you initially offered and now you're changing up on me? Rude.) I again confirmed. When they arrived early I was out walking my dog and told them I was walking back and would be there within less than 7 minutes, which they replied with "We can't wait for you, we have other customers." Mind you they had called me to ask me how to get into the gated community so it's not like they were parked and ready to go..



Overall rude and terrible customer service. I called to reschedule and they instead called me to ask for more money. I purchased a $50 living social deal for this and I have yet to be refunded to have my appointment re-scheduled.



Horrible, lazy, and rude company. Go else where and find a decent, customer oriented company. After all this is your home, do you want people that don't give two hoots in it?

Go elsewhere! The guy that came to clean our house never wore covers over his shoes, did not get any of the stains out like we've had done before...AND he SPILLED SOAPY WATER all over our garage and damaged a ton of my leather shoes. Not exaggerating at all! That being said, I was polite and tipped 15%, but I will never use them again! By the way, the truck he showed up said "KIWI Clean" but I had a Groupon with Oxy Dry Cleans. Go figure!

Great service, great price



Our first time using this service was top notch from the scheduling phone call to the actual service. Steve, the tech who came to our house, was very helpful and explained exactly what he was going to do, how long it would take and what the results were likely to be. He was correct on all points. We have a light colored carpet that has some very heavy soiled areas and when Steve was done they looked so much better. He explained that subsequent cleanings would make the areas look better and better. I highly recommend using them over the guy the neighbor's friend knows!

This company is by far the worst company i have EVER been in contact with. They are incredibly rude and apparently not even intelligent enough to continue through a detour in order to get to my home. When they called and asked for further instructions on the detour I told them I would call them right back. When I did (within the minute) no one answered. After calling over and over for about 10 minutes the technician finally answered me and informed me they were no longer in the area and would not be completing the appointment. Now they are refusing to give me a refund. Do yourself a favor- DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS DISGRACE OF A COMPANY.

I just had my carpets done and wanted to tell everyone about my exprience. I found this company on Half Off Depot and chose it based on its reviews. The previous clients were right-on about Dan. The first positive sign was that even though I made a last minute appointment, she was able to squeeze me in. I got a courtesy call the next day and she even offered to come early since she finished another job. What can I say? I wish she had taken "before and after" pictues because my living room carpet had been assaulted by a very active toddler! The attempts at cleaning it ourselves actually made it worse because of the soap residue that was left. Krystle took care of all the stains and now I'm in a "let's wait and see" pattern on if they return. Hopefully not! Based on what I've seen so far, I recommend the service.

Did a great job; on time; fast; very quick drying Oxymagic did a terrific job and I would highly recommend them. I've used other carpet cleaners before and am happier with Oxy than the other companies. There are no big hoses, they use very little water and the carpets dry extremely quickly. They did the pet treatment for me and the spots are completely invisible.

Good Job The company called to let us know they were on the way and they were on time. Did a professional job. They told us what they were doing and gave instruction on how to get back to them if we had a problem and wanted all feedback on the job. Nice and friendly. I will use them again.

Excellent Job! Carpets look new! Steve came out and did an excellent job. His attention to detail was very refreshing. Most companies are in such a hurry, they fail to do there job with pride. I would highly recommend Atlanta Oxy and will be using them in the future.
