I would have given the facility a higher rating since the gentleman who administered my MRI and the assistant were wonderful, but the follow up by the administrative department is less than adequate. When a patient needs the results of the MRI sent to the doctor who needs the results to schedule surgery, the staff responsible for getting those results to the doctor is less than adequate. I have used Northside hospital all of my life, but I will never use their services again. Follow through is important. I called 3 times to get the results sent over and they were still not sent. I finally got a supervisor and she has assured me the doctor will have them tomorrow. We shall see... My doctor performs surgery at Northside & St. Joseph's. Before this experience, I would not have had a preference. Now I definitely will be using St. Joseph's. I hope this review helps those considering using Northside for MRI results.
