I will never go to this salon EVER AGAIN!!! I came in to get a gel manicure. I currently had an acrylic overlay. I told the staff up front and my nail tech when I got in the chair. she didn't know how to remove the overlay! she ended up cutting my nail in half with the nail clippers and when I told her it was a take off not a cutdown she said "no, don't worry its not your real nail"!!! I was heated! another tech came over and began to take my nails off she began to get angry because I told her she was being rough and hurting my nails, she told me she had been doing this for 20 years angrily. I got up and left with my nails half taken off and one nail cut half way off !!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

My wife went there yesterday to get her nails and eyebrows done for an interview on Monday. They finished and she leaves. She happened to wipe by her eyebrow because she had some lint and finds out the woman who did her eyebrows "Annie" had taken off the middle part of her eyebrow and did not even tell her. She penciled it in to try and hide the fact she seriously messed up! My wife immediately turned around and went back to the store and asked for a manager. An older Asian man with a limp came to her and she asked him four times if he was a manger. This man would not even answer her but kept asking what was wrong! She threatened to call the police and then another manager came and tried to help out. They gave her 10 bucks and said when the eyebrow comes back they would shape it like she will ever step foot in that place again! This is a place no one should ever go to and trust because they are deceitful and rude!

I am the mortified victim and wife of Alfred W. I just wanted to chime in to his review and add how upset I am about my last experience at this place. It was the worst customer service I have EVER experienced in my life. Now I have to walk around with half an eyebrow because Annie is sneaky and deceitful. She should NOT be touching customers as she obviously has no clue what she is doing. Hannah (another manager) was nice and tried to calm me down and console me but it was too late. Can you imagine walking in to get serviced and walking out missing an eyebrow that will take a good 3 months to fully grown back in? The worst part about it is instead of trying to make things better ( giving me a full refund) they only refunded me $10 of the $65 total I paid included tip! Yes I even tipped that horrible woman and she gladly excepted it knowing what she had done to me. All the old Asian man kept saying was "she didn't charge you for the eyebrows". Well of course she COULDN'T charge me after she knowingly mutilated my otherwise perfect eyebrow and purposely tried to hide it from me. She even said when I was paying..." I didn't charge you for the eyebrows because I only cleaned them up and didn't take much off" what a crock of BS! She took nearly the whole thing off and acted like she was trying to do me a favor! I Should have known something was wrong when she didn't even show me the hand mirror when she was done. I will NEVER give them a dime of my money again and will make sure I tell all my friends in GA not to go either
