hi there. i went in on the 18th of august 2014 to do my nails here considering theyre 3 min from my condo in atlanta, i had gold solar nails when i initially walked in and i needed a fill-in, they didnt have my gold color so the lady, kim showed me the colors that they had.i chose a glittery color and i told her i needed a solar fillin, it wasnt a big deal that they didnt have the gold color i had on my nails, instead she gave me a acrylic fillin!! i dont wear acrylics, why lie and say you gave me solar nails when you didnt?? also she kept pressuring my bf to get a pedicure , and it got soo bad to the point that my bf walked out of the nail salon. plus, she failed to file off ALL the old gold stuff off my nails, and in 3 days as a result, all my nails started to lift unfortunately, i went back to rectify it, the manager, michael(is what she said his name is) quickly defended her,and i had to complain to gvet them to fix it, 4 days later more nails lifted again, i went back and this time kim was there, i didnt get greeted when i walked in,instead kim gave me attitude and barely greeted me as the customer,i wanted her to look at the nails that she ruined.she barely looked at her atrocious work. all she said was :"i spent a hour on your nails", had she spent the extra time to do it properly initially, i wouldnt of succumbed to this. i paid her $58 that day and got below mediocre experience and service. i reported them to the bbb and i wont recommend anyone to go here. how are you in a prestigious part of atlanta giving service like this?? trash , straight TRASH to say the least. i called up there today to get the manager name and kim lied and said shes the manager, she even refused to give me her last name.seems as though kim was guilty and didnt want to divulge to me the proper info i was asking for.
