This is the worst nail salon in town. Customer Service, Quality and Price all horrible. I called in advance to book an appointment and showed up 3 minutes late. They didn't have anyone to work on me, because they had four nail "techs" working on two - whom had clearly been there for more than 3 minutes. After another 10 minutes of waiting, I asked how long it would be and that I had made an appointment because I didn't have much time. The woman in charge said, "Well you were 10 minutes late, so your appointment was cancelled".

They have lost my business and hopefully, your business as well. There are too many salons to treat customers so poorly. And by the way, when I did get a mani/pedi there it was way overpriced for the service received.
