When My Sister's Room was in its old location in Decatur, they would have a diverse crowd and cheap beer and only moderately bad music on the weekends. Now they are in East Atlanta and charge a cover a lot of the time, which I don't understand--it's not like it's some hot dance party. I go to Mary's next door where it's mostly men, and not women, in the crowd but at least I can get in for free.
