This was by far the worst experience ever. Please stay away from this place. It is horrible!!!! I booked my 50th birthday party with the event manager "Tiffany" and paid in advance as requested. She guaranteed a wonderful time. When I arrived there was someone playing music. Within 20 minutes the music stopped. Tiffany stated the "DJ" had to go get another cord and would be back shortly. He never returned. Not only was there no DJ, but we were forced to listen to a mixed CD for the entire event. In addition to this the AC was on full blast when it was 20 degrees out side. I repeatedly asked for the air to be turned off and was told "oh that's the heat it just takes a little while to warm up. I requested a partial refund which after being told I would get it - it had yet to happen. Called repeatedly requesting to speak to a manager - that never happened either. They are a bunch of Rip Off Experts!!!!Please stay away!!!! They only got 1star because I was forced to select a star in order to post. They don't deserve that.
