Unbelievable management! I cannot believe they will allow people with such low qualifications to manage the property! The hassle is unbearable! I first talked to Tina, the property manager to lease an apartment, and everything was great- after that she was promoted and I had to communicate with a new property manager- Marilynn who was easy-going and easy to get a hold of... but the third manager is Kenya, she has no communication skills whatsoever and constantly cuts you off while you are trying to talk to her...Also, on two separate occasion, someone walked into the apartment by unlocking the door with a master key wanting to show it off to a new tenant THINKING IT WAS VACANT! My wife happened to be sitting in the living room, heard some people talking outside and opening the door; she had to get up and slam the door on them because she wasn't fully dressed!!! I had to talk to Kenya a month before my lease was over to negotiate a new lease; she tried to convince me that she is doing me a favor by allowing the lease to go up only $40 and not $70...please do your research before coming here, though this place may cost less than others- I'd rather pay more and be a lot happier. Actually, here is a break down of my bill each month: water $15, sewer $34 (WTF?), Trash ($13), Pest ($9), Internet/Cable ($100), Admin Fee $8 (ridiculous)---the total is always around $180....Remember that is w/o gas and electricity! Oh and the internet & cable are mandatory- (a charge that is actually $69) but hey we'll make an additional $30 each month...no biggie...
