I purchased a voucher at LivingSocial.com. Made an appointment with Mini Moose Cleaning Co. and got a confirmation and appointment reminder e-mail. They did not show up. I contacted Living Social and they issued a refund for my voucher. 5 stars for LivingSocial's customer service. Zero stars for Mini Moose Cleaning Company.



***** IT'S A SCAM !!!!!!!

WORTHLESS AND WILL NOT SHOW UP!!!!!!! I bought a deal from Linving Social, scheduled my appointment 3 months out since there were not any appointments any sooner, got my confirmation email the day before the appointment and they never showed up. I called and emailed they to no avail. Rescheduled the appointment for the next month, got my confirmation email the day before and once again they did not show up. Now, being fed up, I contacted Living Social to report how abismal this company really is and get a refund. Never use Mini Moose Cleaning--it's a scam....

This is hands down the worst company I have ever had interaction with. We purchased their services and then they had no appointments available for over two months. I had my hands tied, so accepted taking an appointment such a long way out.



I got an email confirmation of my purchase, as well as a reminder confirmation the day before they were coming with the time frame. However, NOBODY SHOWED UP. I took the entire day off work only to have them no call, no show. I called them numerous times over the next week and emailed them and got no response.



I then rescheduled this appointment online for another month out and once again got email confirmation and took off work. Once again, they NO SHOWED FOR THE 2ND TIME!



I have now taken two days off work for nothing. I'm pretty confident this isn't even a legit company, as nobody answers the phone there and it is a voicemail from April geared towards living social. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SCREW YOU OVER.

I wish I could give negative stars. Nothing annoys me more then scheduling paying for something, scheduling and then I take time out of my day to sit and wait at home and........ nothing. I call, I email and...... nothing. I'm not even sure if this is an actual company. I never talked to or saw anyone. Worthless. SCAM!!!!!
