Got a holiday loan from them, Carmen asked me did I want her to file my taxes for one of my W2s when I already told her I was waiting 2 more W2s and for the other 2 we can do an amendment. I told her NO I want to file them at the same time... Well the end of January and I get a call from her saying my taxes were ready it was a $1500 check she filed one of my W2s without my consent then she took out over 1200 out of the check she didn't give me any receipts or copies of anything now the IRS has sent my amendment back and I can't get a hold of her now to get help! That was my first and last mistake and I do have my lawyer looking into this because it looks like fraud to me me taking people money and charging fees that she didn't even tell me about! Midway Tax service sucks

Midway holiday loan is fase, the amount never goes past 250, an also i was told i could go someone else to file as long as i pay the hoilday loan back before1/30/2015 per associate words! Well that was a lie my taxes were file without my consent an without me providing all my paper work! Ill never return an i also called Clark Howard to exspose the company stay tuned
