I have had my Mercedes cars serviced at BMI for nearly 10 yrs. Once again today, Greg Rogers, Debbie and the BMI team delivered outstanding service. A headlamp was out on my CLK and I brought it in thinking I'd have to wait awhile. Within a few minutes of a fun chat with Debbie, Greg fixed and brought the car around for just the cost of the bulb. I am moving but can only hope I can find a MB mechanic as knowledgeable and fair as BMI.

BMI has been servicing my Mercedes since 2002. They have fully won my trust. Greg keeps a list of things to keep an eye on and only fixes what is necessary. I always feel like they genuinely appreciate my business. I also like looking at all the little league sports pictures on their wall. It makes a difference to me when I see a business supporting their community.
