They do not answer their phone ??? - daylong busy signal. Only one phone number- and no one answers. Can't leave a messages eater

What kind of business is this?

This is one of the worst disorder centers one may encounter. You can hardly get anyone to answer the phone. Often when you have to fax something in to them it gets lost. They give out the wrong information to you to convey to your doctor. I have been trying to replace my CPAT mask for a month. The customer service is customer no service. These this group is terrible about answering or returning calls. Go somewhere else.
