Had a great experience with the sales and finance staff. David, my salesman, was VERY quiet (unlike other car sales pros) but very thorough. They had a computer available for customers to print all the docs needed. The sales area is tiny so make an appointment- they get busy! I worked quite a bit with Deborah in Finance to get the payment I needed, the down payment I needed, and a great car. I had choices, which is rare for a buy here pay here lot! My situation was challenging and I was grateful for everyone working together to make it happen and I love my car! Came with a 2 yr warranty and haven't had to use the service center yet, but when I called because the brakes were squeaking a little the service center manager was able to look up and tell me my car came with new brakes! Ceelo the salesman is very rude! It's nothing but trash on the lot!!! And they will tell u anything to get in the door. I understand it's hard for a lot of ppl today, but if I'm paying myhard earned money I aspect respect and professionalism I have to do it while I'm at work

All around this dealership has a bunch on junk on their lot, they do not fully inspect these cars before they put them on the lot. they do not understand that when you have a foreign car that you must use synthetic oil. They give free oil changes but use 10w 30 oil which is like water to foreign cars. Finance department does not listen to you they only listen to what they want to hear. Lastly they leave out a lot of loop holes in their contracts, they say that that they give you $50 towards towing cost but what they fail to tell you is that you must use their own towing company that they have a contract with, which is also not in their contract. Their cars come with warranties but the warranty only covers a minimal amount of stuff on your car. My advice is to not buy from this lot cause its over priced and the cars are pieces of junk.

Bought a car from them and 3 days later it was broke down on the side of the road

Carlos the sales man is very rude. if u get a car from here ask for dee. he real good with understanding ppl. they have warranty.
