They have been unethical and have actually held my belongings hostage and I have to take them to small claims court. I had them store my things before my move and they jacked up my storage fees from original agreement, telling me they are unregulated and can do whatever they like... and then they added additional charges onto my initial moving secured quote. I decided not to move across country and stay in Atlanta and they want to charge me for the interstate move that never happened. Can you imagine? I would NOT use them again. They are unresponsive, insulting, argumentative and it has been a major nitemare dealing with them. I hope this message serves to notify people of a potential terrible situation.
