Location, grounds, and cost are all fine.



But it is 100% not worth it. Management and maintenance are unreliable, unhelpful, and accept no responsibility.



When I arrived on move-in day (with a moving truck), the renovations on my unit were not complete. In fact, my unit was a wreck, dirty, and only had half of the upgrades I had been promised. For over a month I couldn't unpack or get settled because they were sending workman in and out of my apartment whenever they saw fit. But they never even finished the work so now I am paying the full upgrade price for a partially-upgraded unit.



I’ve had non-stop maintenance issues since move-in; most recently I put in a service request a month ago for my heater that is still unresolved. They insist that they could only be held accountable for the service request if I had called to remind them…which I did, twice. They deny that I ever called and apparently do not keep any records. Excuses abound.



Lastly, maintenance will barge into your apartment with no warning and enter your apartment while your gone with no warning.

I wouldn't touch this place with a 10ft pole. Sure, my visit of the apartments in June 2013 was great, but now that I have moved in, my perspective on this apartment complex has completely changed. In just over 3 months I have submitted almost a dozen service requests. My air conditioning has gone out, no hot water, perpetually clogged bathroom drains, glass ceiling fixtures that crash and shatter all over the living room because of the construction in the apt above me, maintenance men entering my apt with no warning (shocking but true), etc. 9 months to go, but my mind is already made up: I will absolutely not be renewing my lease.
