11 people in 3 bedroom apartment appears to be violation of safety, fire and city occupancy laws not to mention inhumane. Grown men sleeping on the floor, couches and love seats and charging them almost $200 a week for the privilege to do so????? This place is a joke and should be shut down as it is only concerned about getting as many people packed in as possible in order to get as much money flowing as they can each week. Shame shame on you Mariposa. The apartment itself may be nice but don't be fooled by their appearances or their assurances that you will get your own bed because it isn't going to happen. They will tell you whatever they need to in order to get your money and get you to sign the papers. Some Men have been sleeping on the couches and floor for over a month but cannot leave because they foolishly committed to the program. With that many people in each apartment and not enough beds, closet space or places to put your food and hygiene items, it is awful living conditions for anyone other than a homeless person. For $160 a week, every person deserves a bed and a place to hang their clothes and space in the fridge to be able to fix a nice meal. STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED.
