Dental practice in Northlake Mall is convenient but little else. The front office is disorganized and self absorbed. Appointments are canceled at the last minute with little regard for patients. There is constant sales pressure on patients to purchase additional products or procedures sold at the practice. Plan on your bill getting screwed up as well. The only thing that they really do well is collect the co-pay.



These people should be selling shoes, not taking care of patients...
