I used to be a loyal customer, following the owners from another nail salon. I would say I was more than happy with this business for over 5 years. However, I have had three terrible experiences in a row and thus I will NEVER ever go back. The second bad experience involved them slicing off part of my heel and thus an infection spread... not to mention the pain. I was headed to a wedding and couldn't enjoy the night. The most recent bad experience was the worst pedicure job I have ever received. This place has 2 good technicians out of 10 and is not worth it. Not to mention the health implications of infection. Expensive and do a terrible job.
