WORST experience i've ever had! They promised to have my car picked up within 3 days for an expedited charge and after 2 weeks STILL did not have my car picked up. I was informed by the woman if my car wasn't picked up in 3 days they would refund my $175 deposit. They NEVER refunded my money after i called and emailed over 20 times since june. It is not December and they refuse to respond or refund my money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Also, the price they claim it will be is not the price it actually will be, they said it would cost $850 to ship my car and then later told me it would be $1,400 after i gave the deposit.

I was very happy when these guys delivered my tesla without a scratch on it. They were very friendly and very dedicated to making sure that I was happy with my experience. I really appreciate that about these guys and also their prices are reasonable so it's a win-win! I'll deathly recommend these guys to my friends

Great people, super fast! Car works flawlessly. I didn't have high expectations going in but I'm pleasantly surprised at the quality and ease of service.

I had Nissan 350z that we just moved and honestly the service was outstanding! The quote matched at a good price which matched with my budget! They handled all my Things with great care and would come back!

I seldom writing reviews, however, this company is soooooooo good that I have to share my experience with you. I needs to ship my Subaru outback from CA to Philadelphia. I contacted this company through the website, They called me back within 2 hours. From the time I contacted Flat Price to the time I had my car in PHL was only 9 days. The process was easy and smooth.

AWFUL SERVICE! DO NOT BELEIVE THE HYPE! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! Here's why....

You will get an email from Madison Auto Shipping saying that they will ship your vehicle for some amount. This amount will be $10 - $50 less than all other shipping companies! VERY TEMPTING! They will also give you a "discount" of $10 - $25. Then they will ask for a deposit between $100 - $200 which must be paid upfront. Once you pay and send back their T&C, you will be contacted by "DISPATCH" and they will tell you that they are now handling the shipment. They will send you emails daily asking if you "accept or decline" certain offers that are WAY HIGHER THAN THE CONTACT YOU AGREED TO. As a result, days and weeks will pass and your rate will NEVER COME IN! Angry and very disappointed you will ask for a refund and THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND! Again, do not use this service! It seems very polished and legit but it is not!!

Not polite like usual CSRs.Once you sign the advance papers, u get an email say"don't talk to quote lady u can communicate with us" (dispatch@madisonshi.co.just email.I replied to an email asking if they could call me or if I can know who I was emailing to. No calls& no name.email is 2 paras(we worked hard.have to tell u all quotes.No drivers avail.only few responded.next 2 lines is quote of actual company and the price.repeat for ALL emails).also if u agree the trucking company is responsible for ur car.
I have no idea how reviews here have names associated.go with a co. that has truck drivers.These are just brokers.

These folks were fast and attentive to get my car shipped as quickly as possible and the carrier/driver was friendly and professional and after much research on pricing, the service I got was 100s less than competitors!

Will definitely depend on Madison for my service in the future.

Was our first time shipping a vehicle. We were very nervous at first but everything was explained in detail. What seemed to be a very complicated process turned out to be very simple thanks to Madison Auto shipping.

Excellent Service and they are one of my companies competitor but they had a truck in an area we did not and they helped us out!

My record label just moved me from NYC to Los Angeles, CA with hardly any warning. After hearing rave reviews within my various circles of touring/bi-coastal musicians, I decided on MADISON auto shipping when shipping my Range Rover Autobiography...I was nervous allowing ANYONE to drive it, much less ship it, but I cannot say how professional, reliable and meticulously careful AAT was with my truck. Everyone I dealt with from the first phone call was courteous and willing to accommodate my insane schedule. I dont usually post on Yelp or any forum but I am a big fan of 'credit where credit is due'..and these guys deserve credit.

I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking to ship a car across country to go with MADISON auto shipping. My entire experience with them was excellent........They actually saved me, after being duped by another company who got our deposit but never sent a carrier to pick up the car. Lilly was not only very responsive but extremely honest and helpful. All my questions were answered, Lilly understood my skepticism after being duped by the other company. I wasn't pressured by MADISON auto shipping, Lilly suggest I shop around, check reviews and gave me time to make a well informed decision. Needless to say, I went with MADISON auto shipping and they were great. I will definitely use them again.

GREAT experience! Very good customer service. Lilly responded to my every need. She was very helpful and reliable...I had 2 bad experiences with different companies in 2010 and a few when booking this trip, 2015 but MADISON auto shipping was amazing!!! Would recommend to anyone shipping their car! NOT SHADY AT ALL....My pick up date was for Tuesday February 17, 2015 but they came on Wednesday February 18, 2015. Car was delivered 2 days early!
The ONLY reason why the car was dirty was because of the inclement weather. It had snowed and the car was dirty with sand from the road. There was no way around it....dirty is better than damaged!

The driver who had my vehicle on the truck Thomas, was amazing!!! Very good. Kept in contact with me DAILY! Very nice and responsible!

I simply can't say enough regarding MADISON auto shipping and their AA+ Auto shipping service. I'm a staunch believer in offering praises where praises are due, but a majority of times you’ll only hear people complaining and issuing negative remarks concerning a given service. However, with me it’s a bit different and I always tell people if they are doing a wonderful job. After my successful move, which was facilitated by MADISON auto shipping shippers I was more compelled to post a review here saying how much I appreciated their work. My vehicle was delivered on time and in perfect condition. The pricing was also fair and I can admit that was a bit happy with everything. Overall, dependable service, prompt and would use again.

I'm not one to write reviews (positive or negative) about products or services; however I was so pleased with the service I received from MADISON auto shipping, I felt compelled to write this review to thank them for a job well done! My daughter's vehicle was transported from Reno, NV to Arizona last week in excellent condition. A big THANK YOU to MADISON auto shipping and Andre (the driver). I will definitely use their services again and refer them to anyone who may be in need of transporting services.

Lilly was amazing and so responsive. I am a stickler for responsiveness and she would email me back within minutes every time I had a question. Everything was upfront and no hidden fees. I would definitely recommend her and MADISON auto shipping again. Also, the driver that delivered my car was on time and amazing! He called me the day before and kept me posted with everything. He also was able to deliver to me after I got out of work to make it more convenient for me.

I was going to drive from miami to los angeles but decided to check online first, I'm getting old:) I got 7 quotes, all similar but one stood out, MADISON auto shipping I called them, they were the only company that did not call me 5x the first hour after sending the request. I like that. They told me how it works, how everyone was the same in a sense but that they choose the right drivers not just any driver. So I made the deposit and 8 days later my car was picked up. it was a day late but the driver got caught in traffic and I can understand.

I selected MADISON auto shipping. Being the first time to transport a car, I was asked to trust the process and their ability to set up the transport of my car. Lilly was always responsive. I'm glad I stayed the course, and I would call on Andrew Auto Trans again if needed to transport a car.

We contracted with MADISON auto shipping to move my wife's car from Daytona Beach to Dallas. Brian was prompt with email replies - extremely pleasant to work with from the start. Due to circumstances beyond either of our control, we weren't able to transport the car as desired - but I wouldn't hesitate to call Brian again if we ever transport a car again.
