I called several times trying to redeem my groupon voucher and after several attempts, I was able to speak with a representative. I was very concerned about the level of service, because the representative seemed to not be able to answer the questions that I had about service.



However, when the car arrived early, I was totally impressed with the quality of service provided not the mention the clean vehicle. My wife still talks about the service. We were not expecting much for the small amount that we paid, but was very pleased with our trip.



Although the customer service needs improvement, the actually service was OUTSTANDING!

We used this service to transport our high profiled guests for our National Religious Leaders Conference and was definitely pleased.



Although, there were a few minor mix ups with pick up times, the company definitely provided a high level of service our guests appreciated.

My son graduated from college and I decided to reward him with a night on the town for him and his friends in a limo and decided to use this company using the promotion they had on Groupon. The limo should up late, and didn't have the additional items in it that I requested. However, they extended the time for my son and his friends and even through in a bottle of champagne....I was upset at first, but after seeing the glow on my son's face after this experience. I would definitely use them again.
