Provided by YP.comI purchased a very expensive pair of Burberry frames on 12-28-15. Three weeks later the right hinge breaks and I take the glasses back to Lens Crafters. I was told that there has not been a problem with Burberry and it must be my fault that they broke. There was no customer service, no warranty help after 3 weeks of use and no concern for my $485.00 purchase now going in the trash. I will not purchase Burberry frames or go back to Lens Crafters. Buyers beware.
