I witnessed the owner Marie shouting at one of her black staff infront of clients. She is very disrespectful to her clients after a deposit has been made. She doesn't like to be told what she is doing is wrong and refuses to listen her clients needs or complaints. She is very temperamental and takes everything personally. I will recommend finding a white person to work with her. She doesn't seems to regard people of color who are educated and smart enough to call her out on her bad business practices.
