I had the worst experience possible with this law office. They had me clueless throughout my entire case. I had to call them every time to be updated and informed on anything, they made it seem like i was a bother each time i would call for any type of update on my case. They were not informative on the process AT ALL; they acted as if i should already know. Stephanie was my case worker and she was the WORST! Not sure if she was going through a rough time but each phone call was the same throughout my entire 4 month case.. rude, nonchalant, no type of understanding or comfort and she would simply rush to get me off the phone. But the worst part of it all, the amount we settled on wasn’t even the amount that came up on my check. They shorted me and I had to hassle them down(still in process as well) to get it fixed. I went with them based off of old reviews but never again!!! I want to make sure every knows an UP TO DATE review on how the company really operates!!! Trust me, you don’t want to work with these people not only will they cheat and get over on you but they are so unfriendly and will give you no type of information on your case at all unless you stay on top of them like I did! They will leave you WISHING you never went to them!!!! I’m so unhappy and I will never be back!

Her staff is very polite and respectful, they make sure you are well taken care of as their client an after your case is closed. Sheryl Burke stays in close contact with all her clients whether you are her current or her previous client. The staff will send you newsletters, they keep you updated via facebook, twitter an etc. ME AND MY MOM WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED FROM THE ENTIRE STAFF. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO STEPAHNIE AND SHERYL!

I must say that I was really impressed with the way my case was handled. I left this firm understanding the process and well educated in how an injury claim actually works. It is definitely not "one call". I didn't get $250,000 but I am satisfied with the service and my settlement. I would recommend The Law Office to Sheryl L. Burke to all my friends and family.

The Law Office of Sheryl Burke was very professional from the beginning to the end. From the time I met with Cedric the Scene Investigator to Liz, Stephaine, Ms Burke herself and the rest of the staff. Whenever I called to check the status on my case, they were always there. I will or I shall contact this office in the future if I need some legal respresentation.
