His law firm was very easy to work with. It took over a year to get my case to court but that was because Social Security is backed up. The best thing about working with Mr. Lusk and his office is that someone would either talk to me when I called or would return my call. I have had lawyers in the past to not return my calls and that is a big deal for me. He go my SSI started and medicaid started to pay for my bills. I have gout which is expensive to get medicine for. So I would hire him again.

The reason I chose Mr. Lusk was becasue he has a lot of experience and he helped my dear friend get her disability started. So I called him and he seemd to care about my situation and knew what to do to get my social security disability started up. I had to go to court but he went with me and argued to the Judge that I was truly disabled, and I am. So I told him I would be glad to let folks know he did me right. His staff was great too.

I definitely would recommend Louis B. Lusk as an attorney if you are trying to get SSI disability started. My law firm that I had was a big firm out of California but they dropped my case right before my court date. Mr. Lusk literally took my case at the last minute and ended up winning the claim for me. He came to court prepared even though my old attorney had not done a good job getting it ready for the hearing in fron of the Judge. I told Mr Lusk he basically saved my life and now I get Medicaid too.

I can't say enough about how great he was. His office staff is so sweet and so is Mr. Lusk. When my husband died, I had no idea what I would do. He called me personally and took time to explain everything to me.

Hired him in 2011. Found communication between his office and me was extremely difficult at times, and impossible most of the time.Paralegal simply is never in office, and rarely returns calls.Then today, 3 days before my ALJ hearing, he withdraws as my rep.My advice: DO NOT HIRE, as he is liable to leave you high and dry at the last minute.
