Worst experience ever. The owner sized me wrong, then told me to "lay off the chocolate." She basically called me fat in front of my family and closest friends. She completely ruined what was supposed to be a happy moment. I know that she measured me wrong because I was measured for my rehearsal dress the same week that I was measured for my wedding gown. My rehearsal dress fit perfectly, if not loose. La Raine's measurements were off by 2 inches. And here's the thing, she only offered to fix the situation by sending me to her in house alterations and pay her an additional outrageous fee. The owner is pushy, rude, has the worst customer service and obviously needs some glasses.

This place should not be in business! Horrible customer service. I can't believe that a small business will be so rude and very insulting to customers. My friend was trying to buy a bridesmaids dress and they would not let her try out their dress, telling my friend that "You're going to bust the zipper out of my dresses".



This should not be tolerated. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

After 4 other stops, we were so disappointed in the bridal gown shopping experience. LaRaines saved our day! It was an AWESOME experience with my daughter & made for great memories! Our consultant was Topher and he was pleasant, professional, & could not have been more helpful, and fun to boot! He listened to what we wanted and aimed to find my daughter the dress of her dreams...and he accomplished the goal! Don't let the shop atmosphere fool you into thinking that you can't find an affordable dress. We found an unbelievable dress for an unbelievable price! And enjoyed the journey in the process!!
