Worst business ever. This company is a scam. I brought a Kirby vacuum from some shady sales guys back in 2013, I have been paying them monthly for 2 years, my balance never went down. I called customer service to question why the balance is going up instead of down. The lady who answered the phone said she didn't know. She will send the details by mail, never received them. Next I know they garnished my paycheck. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

I had purchased a Kirby vacuum and financed it thru Kolb Enterprise. The people who work in customer service is the worst that I have ever experienced in my life. Every time I call I get transferred to a number of people who dont know what they are doing. I gave them a voided check so they can automatically withdraw money from my checking account to pay for the vacuum. Somehow they messed that up but wanted to charge me $75 for payments not going thru. I found out thru my bank they made the mistake and keyed in the wrong checking account number. I'm still waiting for that charge to be removed from the bill. They also overcharged me on finance charges. I asked for them to explain why am I being overcharged they told me they could not explain to me over the phone they will send me the break down thru email. I called 3 times in one day for this email and still have not received anything from them explaining why they overchared me. They are the worst in customer service.

Asked for owners name and the answer was "Why do you want to know?" Called Kirby Factory and they stated that the location was being closed. Suppose I know why he was so SHADY. Funny thing is I was given this number by error from information was looking for Savannah Number, Which I got from Kirby Corporate Service. after calling to complain on this Shady Man! LOL
