I purchased a Kirby vacuum cleaner on june 2nd 2016, and until today i haven't received the shampooer piece which the salesman promised to bring the very next day of my purchase. No one takes my call seriously. I have contacted the distributor guy named Agbe Daives 3 times, he would tell me he will call me back once he gets to his office but never had he called me back!!! Then I called the main office several times, the reception lady always says she will send it the next day, the package never comes. She even said my shampooer is in her car and she will pass by the post office! How very very unprofessional is that! I paid 2200$ for their crappy service. Now i just have an expensive vacuum cleaner and can't even wash my carpet which was my main intent to use it for. Do not use their service!
