King and King is so amazing! All these positive reviews here now make so much sense. They just spent around 15 minutes on the phone giving me free advice on my short sale / foreclosure mess with Chase bank for my property, and how I should best proceed including answering my list of questions. For what started out as a very stressful and uncomfortable situation, my attorney at King and King had a great understanding of what I was going through and handled the whole bankruptcy process with a sense of calmness and professionalism. King and King was very understanding when it comes to my busy schedule. They also understood and was compassionate to my financial situation. They never made me feel bad or that it was my fault(weather it was or not). My attorney helped me figure out what to do and was very relatable. He always made everything as simple and easy to do as possible. He was very organized and prepared to help me with every step along the way. Even after all was done he still gave me advice on the future with dealing with creditors. He never asked for more money for anything. I would recommend them to anyone with bankruptcy questions.

KING & KING is HORRIBLE! Dont let the popular commercial fool you. I regret not researching them beforehand. Their service is very impersonal and they have evidently become so large us clients are just a dollar sign. They collect your money and then treat you like they dont know you. It is very hard to reach my attorney or any other consultant in that office and the receptionists are mostly condescending and unhelpful. After I filed bankruptcy we had a small courtroom battle with one of my creditors - I had to ask my attorney, Whose side are you on? He let my creditor intimidate him into settling on a significantly higher value than what my car was worth. He didn't even try to dispute my case. Quality service? I think not! He lacks confidence and is not very informative. His legal talents seemed mediocre at best. After I paid thousands of dollars to this law firm I didn't get my money's worth and WOULD NOT recommend these clowns to anyone! Their only interest is taking your $

Receptionist was very pleasant; however, the woman who she transferred me to for the consultation put me on hold no fewer than five times during an approximately ten minute conversation, and was obviously very stressed about the urgency of my case that I just hung up and did not call back, the last time she put me on hold.
