caring, empathetic, and most of all skilled. Twenty five months of work, and through each month, I was part of a patient/doctor/staff relationship I'll honestly miss. They were fine with walk in needs (sometimes you need a new bracket), they did same day retainers when the braces came off and I had to be in Europe for work. They been backwards, they have a clean office, they level with you when need means more time, and they bill insurance correctly.

I want to say so much to you all reading this right now, but space constrains.

So TL:DR, stop waiting and get your orthodontics done now and here. Like right now. Seriously, call them!

Professional, friendly, highly organized and efficient. I am very happy with my Invisalign results and have not hesitated to recommend Dr. Kaplan to others because I am so happy that a friend recommended him to me!

Dr. Kaplan and his staff are in a league of their own. From the state of the art facilities to the smiling faces every time we visit, Kaplan Orthodontics makes every visit as fun as visiting an Orthodontist could possibly be. We have been working with Kaplan Orthodontics since 2007. Dr. Kaplan never tried to sell us on services that were unnecessary to correcting my daughters alignment issues, in fact, he always provided us several different options and price points to consider. This is a practice that stands behind their work. I am also proud to be a client of a practice that takes giving back so seriously. From patient appreciation events to local sponsorships of different teams and organizations, Dr. Kaplan is a star within our community! I can not say enough good things about this practice and Dr. Kaplan. Anyone needing orthodontic care can rest assured you will receive the highest quality from Dr. Kaplan! Kudos to Kaplan Orthodontics! You are THE BEST!

This guy is a joke! I highly do not recommend going here, especially if you are an adult. I only needed braces for a few months, as my teeth were already not too terrible. When it was all over, I felt like I spent thousands of dollars for nothing... Not happy! My teeth are pretty much in the same position as they were before treatment.



When I expressed my concerns to Dr. Kaplan, he and the rest of the office began treating me differently. Their customer service went way down and I would watch how they interacted with other patients, which was much more pleasant than when they worked with me. I felt so uncomfortable every time I would have to come in.



Unfortunately, it got to the point where I could see that my teeth were not benefiting from anything this man called himself doing. He made promises but his methods just did not work. I had the braces taken off so that I could go and find a REAL doctor.



Ultimately, this was a HUGE and COMPLETE waste of my time and money!
