Provided by YP.comThis is to reply Brandie R. Post. I am the owner and this client booked our equipment and paid a deposit. We showed up with inflatable in time and we were shocked to see she had another company inflatable there. She refused to pay us and we unfortunately had to sue her in court and won a judgment against her. She became belligerent and profane after court and never paid her bill even after court ordered. She breached the contract.

Owner lied about taking my payment at the intial order over the phone. he had me fill out the contract online because he said that was all he needed from me. Owner never took payment for the deposit over the phone. Owner told me he processed my payment, but then texted my late at night around 10 pm asking for my card number via text. I told them I didnt want the service because he made me very uncomfortable asking for my card number via text and so late at night. Owner then proceeded to keep texting me asking for full payment of the equipment. When in court owner was rude and disrespectful. He lied in court and lied to me to get me to sign the contract. I am currently dealing with the sole owner of the company to settle acct. Judge ruled in his favor because of his lies in court and to me. He laughed in my face in court and after to judgment. Please be very aware of this company, I dont want anyone to go through the emotional distress Im going through with this company!!! I have also filed a complaint with the BBB.

Provided by YP.comOwner is rude and intimidates deposit and contract on initial phone call. There was a glich in delivery of contract so I was told to hold resrvation I pay more or can cancel since he never got contract. I asked to refax and he said I should have followed up. I already paid deposit so if he did not get, it is his business responsibility to follow up. He then called my husband to work out the deal and told him I was rude, said he would do everything I asked for I just need to confirm with an email. Which I confirmed cancellation per the owner's request and advised him I would take my refund he owes. He refused, I filed a complaint w/ BBB, he agrees to pay, two days later he says he has my contract and will honor the original price and he will not refund my money if I cancel. So now he has the contract that he verbally and in writing cancelled two days earlier, he tried to resurrected it as a scare tactic to keep my deposit? Fortunately, I found a cheaper, better place to deal with. www.jumpforfun.com
