Helped work on the minority business contract for product evaluation and approval with a major retailer. Upon successful completion, Naveen the CEO provided an excellent recommendation letter, and a much needed BONUS. The door was left open for future employment after my internship ended, and the experience, knowledge, insights, and opportunities afforded to me have proven to be invaluable. I hope the best for this company, and perhaps in the future I may be a part of its success.

For the last four months I have been working for Naveen Natarajan, owner of Jolly Products llc. (Eight Hour Energy Patches). Recently Mr. Natarajan did not see it as a priority to pay me on pay day and I actually did not receive a check until nine days after day day. I am a 22 year old college student and the sole source of all my finances. I do not receive aid from my parents or the government, so not being payed on time severely disrupts my financial stability. So this inconsistency along with Mr. Natarajan's obvious illegal drugs use in the office and several racially charged comments initiated my decision resign from my position at the company. Although I sent a very amicable resignation letter, I believe my leaving really upset Mr. Natarajan because he put a stop payment on my check without any notice. So to my surprise my account became overdrawn and my bank charged a returned item fee and my account has continued to accrue insufficient funds fees. Not only did he put a stop payment on my check from the dates May 22nd-June 4th, he also never issued any form of payment for the dates of June 5th-June 18th which I should have received this past Monday June 20th. Mr. Natarajan has decline all of my phone calls and refuses to respond to my emails. I'm at a loss as to what I should do because not only did his evil actions leave me in a financial crisis, but I'm very depressed that someone I was only kind to would purposely try to destroy me in this way. This man is in no way professional and has extremely shady business practices and does not deserve to be in business another day. Please help me stop this man.
