One of the worst customer service I ever had. If you do below, you will end up banned to buy it again and they will close your account. 1. any kind of return 2. any complain 3. any item condition check 4. anything that you make sales person mad Do NOT expect to be treated as customer. You are just one of puny disposable buyer. Jinny think there are plenty of fish out there. I am guessing they get trained how to be mean and bossy to the customer.
