Provided by SuperpagesWhen we began helping our 19 year old daughter shop for a used car, my husband steered her away from several cars available through private sellers and unknown dealers and insisted she buy from a well known dealer with a good reputation. So glad he did! We test drove our daughters "dream car" at Jim Ellis Audi and all seemed great. But, about 30 miles into her trip home with her "new" car. She noticed the brakes were grinding. By the next day several other problems appeared. We called our sales person, Matt. He got back to us quickly, vowing to make things right and offering a loaner car for our daughter in the meantime. I'm so glad that we were dealing with an ethical company that stands behind its strong reputation. My husband and I bought our very first new car at a Jim Ellis dealership over 20 years ago, and we're so pleased that we went back to Jim Ellis for our daughter. They stand behind what they sell!

From the moment I arrived at the dealership, I was was greeted and immediately offered help. I was shown the car by Daniel, who by the way is extremely knowledgeable and personable, and taken on a test drive. He did an amazing job to be so young. The gentlemen who helped me with the loaner vehicle was also extremely helpful and quick. I really appreciated the speed and attention to detail such as being asked if I would prefer to be contacted via text or phone and the specific questions about what work was being done. Following up with what was promised is very important, Mr Amin contacted me exactly when he said he would to update me on the service. At breakfast with a colleague I was expressing my frustration with car dealership sales staff and particularly the experience I had at Jiim Ellis Audi. She loves your dealership and stated give it another try because I had not met Erica. Well, she was correct! Erica made all the difference. My experience was exceptional! Provided by SuperpagesI had an exceptional car-buying experience with Jim Ellis Audi. Jeremy McLean was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was not at all pushy or a typical "car salesman". He helped me to locate a car that met my specifications. He got me a good price without putting me through a negotiation roller coaster. He graciously picked me up from Carmax where I sold my car, and arranged a courtesy car for me while my new car was being transported. He took care of the financing administrative matters before I arrived to pick up my car which saved me a tremendous amount of time. He then patiently walked me through the technology features of my new car and provided me with valuable tips. Overall, I had a stress-free transaction with an affable and smart young man. During the process, another Audi dealership offered to match the deal Jim Ellis had offered me, but all things being equal, I gave the edge to Jim Ellis because of the excellent customer service I had received thus far from Jeremy. Provided by SuperpagesService Adviser Ken Stamps was outstanding as usual, and is the main reason I keep returning to Jim Ellis Audi of Atlanta for service (even though your dealership is 50 miles away and not the closest dealership to me). Ken is professional, courteous, and treats customers with respect. He always explains service actions in a way that any layperson can understand, and is extremely accommodating and flexible. I have very high service standards and Ken never fails to meet and exceed those on every visit. I will continue to bring both of my Audi's to Jim Ellis of Atlanta because of Ken, and will recommend my friends do the same as well. It's amazing what a single person can do to make such a positive customer service experience, but Ken has that effect on his customers and should be recognized for his ability to attract and retain business for your company. I've been in the automotive business for over 10yrs and I take my personal Audi to Jim Ellis for all servicing. I am very leery when dealing with service departments and advisors. Chris Lee is one of best in the business! He has changed my viewpoint. I plan to continue to purchase vehicles and do service with Jim Ellis Audi Atlanta.
