Felt ok about using this pawn shop after reading a few reviews. The guy seemed friendly , that translates into I want to sell you something, so don't be fooled. I bought earrings for a present,(not cheap ) apparently with screw effect for security. Took them to a jeweler who said they were so worn out they were useless. I would have preferred to now so I could decide whether to try and get them re done or not , feel ripped off because even if I could find screw type butterflies (they didn't have any) they would have been useless. Just felt sick that after buying these earrings as a present, they were defect, sold at a normal price. I will never use these guys again and will warn as many people , web and by mouth just not to go there.

Poor customer service

The staff is not friendly at the Buckhead store. We walked in to the store and not one person greeted us. Two guys were standing around and not doing anything then after 15 minutes someone asked if they could help us. Sorry Jerry's but your CS needs work.
