Do not live here! I had a broken water heater, was without any water at all for 36 hours. I go into the leasing office, meet a power-less leasing assistant, name is Thai, she has no business card, just asking for fair compensation (like cost of hotel room) since I had to make other housing arrangements one night. She never says, I'm sorry for your inconvenience or anything. She just has a robotic look on her face, walks into her boss's office, comes out and says somebody will email you soon. Fast forward 30 days, no email, no contact. So, I short-pay rent by cost of hotel room, I get a past due notice saying I still owe that amount, and they tack on a late fee. Very classy..thanks for your concern!



Do they not understand business economics 101, it's less costly to retain a customer than acquire a new one. And, they don't enforce their own rules, they say no bikes and shoes in breezeways, but they never do anything about it. There is one resident with a home satellite dish (check it out, bldg 10, bottom floor) that is made of tinfoil, they don't make him take it down. Embarrassing. I am Sooo out of here when the lease is up. Their social events are very lame, too. They do the minimum required, at best. And, they have severe drainage issues, when it rains, the grassless mud field just oozes everywhere. Disgusting. And, the gates are always broken.
