The food was terrific. I would definitely recommend the fried chicken and tomato soup as "must haves".

It is a great place to bring the entire family if you plan to go early (before 6). If you go after 8, be sure to enjoy the upstairs bar.

A group of (6)us came here for a late night bite, and even though the kitchen closes at 10. They remained open a little later for us to all nosh on delicious entrees of trout, Southern fried chicken, juicy hamburgers, and porch chop. For appetizers we had deviled eggs, fresh oysters, truffle fries (so addictingly delicious), fried calamari, and freshly made breads with homemade churned butter. I can not wait to go back and try some of their other delicious southern fare modern twist menu items.

JCT is a special restaurant in west midtown. It is a quaint restaurant with a small bar and small patio area. The food is why I keep coming back. I have never been disappointed here. The fried chicken is to die for! They also have excellent salads. The beet and ricotta cheese salad is delicious. I will keep coming back!

JCT is a very chill posh spot for dinner... they have a really cute little patio to eat on that is perfect for outdoor dining! The truffle parmesan fries, JCT salad, and mac & cheese are a must try!

I came to JCT for a summer party, and sat upstairs on the patio. The food was great (summer specials with Georgia peaches) with a good drink menu. The patio had a 60's style band playing which was a lot of fun. The restaurant downstairs is a little more formal, so depending on your preference/dress code, you can pick your poison!

I love JCT Kitchen! I have celebrated countless special occasions here: birthday parties for myself and for my friends, engagement party with my co-workers and treat-yo-self days! The deviled eggs are so good as an app; they are my favorite in the city. And whether you come for lunch or dinner, expect to have some delicious main dishes!

For a fancy night out this is a great place for that. I sat downstairs for a nice meal then went up to the bar which is a cool little area. Lots of cute and fun places around the restaurant as well.

Great food. This is the benchmark for fried chicken. Dessert portion size disappointed...don't make me diet when I'm out to eat.

If you are looking for some refined Southern cuisine and a beautiful but casual environment is the check this place out. The food and service has been perfect and consistent since the day they opened and I look forward to
returning to this Ford Fry original!

Food is awesome and the mussels are to die for. Staff has gotten a bit stuffy and a little too big for their britches. Last time I was there my waitress seemed to be very annoyed with my asking of norm questions. Other than that everything else is awesome.

JCT Kitchen is the perfect place to relax and enjoy some amazing southern food cooked to perfection. While the prices are a little steep, they are definitely doable for a nice night out on the town. I always order the Southern Fried Chicken and it never disappoints. The crust is perfectly crunchy & what doesn't go perfectly with mac 'n cheese. JCT is great for a first date or treating your inlaws. Try it out soon!

We went on a busy Saturday night so I expected a little lag time in between visits by our waitress. What I didn't expect was to have to go to the bar to order my own drinks and to never and I mean never once be acknowledged by a waiter/waitress. Never once was I offered a menu or even another drink. It was the second time I've visited and this solidified that I will never ever give them my business again...
