SHPS is an asylum - do not be their next victim. SHPS hires and fires like employees are disposable paper towels. SHPS does not permit any feedback other than "yes" and if you hesitate for a second you are out the door as well. Management says one thing but does another - different rules every day - nothing in writing, nothing on paper - all verbal so they don't leave footprints. They go against the grain of any shred of decency or honesty. Bad company - anything is better than this place w. lawsuits up the wazoo.

If you're comfortable with instability, dishonesty, chaos, inefficiency, blundering and sheer ineptitude, SHPS is the place for you. If you prefer a cut-throat atmosphere where there is zero recognition and zero rewards or incentives, SHPS is the place for you. SHPS is a classic example of the 1% that has no idea a 99% even exists - and has no gratitude for any type of hard work, initiative or ethics. You would have no idea who runs the place with the exception of the frequent "slap on the wrist" emails we've all grown to know and love. You can do better - don't make the same mistake so many others have (before they were fired, of course). The turnover and SHPS is unbelievable, and the respect for employees there is nil.
