I would give no stars if I could. Overpriced, didn't fix anything and threatened to call the police! Really? If you need your sprinklers repaired you would be better off using duct tape rather than THIS company. Run, run as fast as you can!

Total Rip off !!!!!!!

Charged me $416.00 and did not even fix it!

The driver/owner seemed to have all the answers but never could repair the Zone 5 problem. He dug up the back yard and told me it was going to take several hours to do more digging.

He is money hungry with a know it all attitude.

I've had nothing but positive interactions with Jowell Thomas and his company. They got my system in great working order and didn't charge me or make feel foolish when I called them out on a problem I could easily have figured out myself. I highly recommend them.

Beware. This company grossly overcharges for parts and materials, under the guise that these are the going rates. When an independant audit of the prices is performed, you will quickly find that this company charges nearly double for the parts and equipment. When the owner Jowell Thome was approached on the topic, he bacame offensive, belligerant and ultimately hung up the phone on me. Beware using this company.
