I'm a policy holder and have been for almost 19 years, and I'm also totally blind. For whatever reason, it appears that this business is no longer in service, even though your records indicate that they're open. I've made multiple attempts to telephone you, and your number is no longer in service. When I attempt to visit your website, I get an LLC in Pensylvania. When I called their toll-free number, the recording indicated you serve the Connelsville, Pa area. I attempted to send them a message, all to no avail. All I want to do is renew my policy, but I'm beginning to wonder if I need to look elsewhere for insurance. I just wanted to make an E-payment.
