I would strongly recommend not hiring Immaculate renovations and repair. I hired them to re-stain our wood floors, paint our living room, and place a roof on our patio. The 1200 sq ft floor took 10 days to complete (should be 4-5 max), and the floor looks horrible. There are several sections of the floor that are a distinctly different color than other areas with noticeable brush marks all over. This is not due to how the wood took the stain, but how it was applied sloppily. The coating they applied also was put on thicker in some areas than others and is peeling off in certain sections only 4 months after it was completed. The roof they put on our patio has no pitch so it does not drain, and it leaks severely during storms.



The company and Owner Joe Gosa has not offered to reimburse me for their errors after several attempts. Overall horrible experience with this company and would never us them again.

I bought an older townhouse 4 years ago and wanted to upgrade on many different levels. Joe at Immaculate Renovations & Repair and his crew have been outstanding with their work & job performance. They are always on time and complete their work within the time frame given. From drywall, replacing ceilings, plumbing, painting, tiling inside and patio outside I have been pleased on every level. The cost is reasonable and the quality of work above and beyond. I would highly recommend this company for all your renovations & repair!
