So far, dissatisfied. IVoted least likely to keep in touch with a client while working case. Initially, I felt great because the paralegal stayed in touch and kept me informed. Two months later, I cant get a call back, cant reach my attorney or paralegal, and now the insurance company says they are only talking with the lawyers-who I cant get in touch with. Im feelng very frustrated and nervous that Im not able to gain contact. I've heard horror stories of attorneys keeping settlements and not paying out and Im just hoping that I did not fall victim to one of those. This firm is not listed on the BetterBusinessBureau, however, I requested for them to open up a page on them. Im all about watching a small business firm grow but I believe in customer satisfaction and client communication first. If anyone has some positive feedback or testimonials, please post. In the meantime, I will continue to share the saga on reviews.
